Educated and trained as a Family Counsellor, I have been supporting individuals, families, organizations and community for over 25 years. I have a passion for systems development, and see the parallel process in supporting the development of individuals and teams in all relational contexts; from family and team to organizational and community systems. I support people in multiple professional and community-based environments, including community-based agency work, Board Governance, professional and government training and consulting, and public speaking. My areas of expertise range from parenting, family and relationship issues, to clinical and program supervision and development, integrated service and systems management, and management and leadership development.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and live in North Vancouver, BC, and spend most of my time with my partner and two young adult ‘kids’ who further my education everyday.
